Spicy Oven-Roasted Potatoes

I know I haven't written in a long time, and for that, I apologize.

Today is another comfort food recipe, but it's not as fattening as you might think.

I think it is no surprise that I love most things carbohydrate. Potatoes have a special spot in my heart, partially due to my heritage, and partially due to it being a complex carb that raises my blood sugar slow enough to where I don't get sick. I have made this recipe numerous times, and it always comes out delish!

You need:

4-5 medium sized baking potatoes (I use red or russet, depending on my craving.)
cooking spray
Montreal steak seasoning

Simply, you start by preheating your oven to 450* Fahrenheit. Use some cooking spray to lightly coat a baking sheet. Dice your potatoes - and I mean medium dice; make them slightly below finger-food size. Lightly spray your potatoes, and toss them on the baking sheet to gently coat them. Then, sprinkle steak seasoning upon the potatoes. Again, toss gently to coat, then put potatoes in pre-heated oven.

Bake for approximately 30-45 minutes.
